2.      ( USA only) The  USA tax-deductible route is as follows:
         · Please, make your check payable to PEF Israel Endowment Funds (minimum$25) with          · recommendation that the money be sent to the Emek Medical Center .
         · PEF will issue a receipt for donations of $250 or more.  For donations less than $250,          · your cancelled check may be used for tax deduction purposes.
         · Please state if the donation is for a specific project or for general hospital needs.
